No – even if you only need one specific component in a certain size for your project, there’s no task too big or too small for our expert team.
We use an automated circular saw to cut our Gola handleless profiles as this allows us to make extremely accurate cuts to ensure our products are supplied in a convenient way – this is particularly popular amongst our bathroom manufacturing clients who only require small lengths for installation in vanity units.
We also have a chop saw on-site which is used to cut steel products, such as wardrobe rails.
We supply cut lengths, bagged and sealed, with fixings (if required), with the option of a bespoke label which can include the item’s code, description, barcode and batch date.
Our turnaround times will largely depend on how much precision cutting you require. When our team talks through your requirements, they’ll be able to give you a better idea of when to expect your order.
Onsite cutting services for furniture components mean you get a perfect fit every time, without having to deal with the additional material waste and labour. This not only saves money, but streamlines project completion as you’ll get the time and resources back to focus on the build.
